School Discipline Code

It is expected that each child will:

• Behave in a responsible, polite and courteous manner both in and out of the classroom.
• Respect school staff, students, volunteer helpers and community members.
• Respect and care for animals and our environment.

• Care for the property of self and others.
• Travel directly to and from school.
• Attend school regularly and punctually and remain within the grounds during the school day.
• Move with safety and consideration around the school.
• Walk quietly and sensibly on the stairs and in corridors, keeping to the left.
• Be in the classrooms only under direct teacher supervision.
• Bring no weapons, alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco or harmful substances to school.
• Adhere to the standards of dress as determined by the school community.
